Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to https://clipvero.site and your purchase or use of video production and related creative services offered under the Clip Vero Video brand by Clip Vero Video Inc., a Washington corporation. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, approving a project, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement for yourself or the organization you represent. If a written proposal, statement of work, or other project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.

Services

Clip Vero Video provides video production, editing, post-production, motion graphics, content adaptation, and related creative services. The scope, schedule, deliverables, revision process, and technical specifications for each engagement will be described in a written quote or project agreement. Project schedules depend on timely access to required materials, feedback, and approvals. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and schedule.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are based on the information available when issued and remain subject to the stated validity period. Work begins after required approvals, materials, and any agreed initial payment are received. Invoices are due according to the applicable quote or invoice. You are responsible for approved third-party expenses and applicable taxes, excluding taxes imposed on our net income. Late payment may delay work or delivery. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for completed work and committed production costs are non-refundable.

Client Materials & Usage Rights

You retain ownership of footage, logos, scripts, music, images, data, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to store, copy, edit, and use those materials solely to perform the services. You represent that you have all permissions needed for their use, including releases and licenses. Unless a project agreement states otherwise, final approved deliverables may be used by you for lawful business and promotional purposes after full payment. We will not publicly feature confidential client work without permission.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights expressly identified in the applicable project agreement. Clip Vero Video Inc. retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, workflows, templates, production methods, know-how, and reusable design elements. Third-party assets remain subject to their licensors’ terms. Drafts, unused concepts, source files, and working files are not included unless specifically listed as deliverables.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, facilitate fraud, or create unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or abusive material. You may not interfere with site security or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We may decline or suspend work that reasonably appears to violate these requirements.

Disclaimers

We perform services with reasonable professional care. Creative outcomes depend on the approved scope, available source materials, and client feedback. Except as expressly stated in writing, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access or compatibility with every platform or device.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clip Vero Video Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business opportunity, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
